Good stuff! I too often shoot with Nikon D750 and have wanted to upgrade to a "sexier" (i.e. lighter) camera for a while. But I just can't get myself (even if I could afford it) to spend around $3,000 to $5,000 on a Sony or Fuji I'm dreaming about. For that kind of money I'd rather spend a few days in Paris with my wife (and my Nikon D750).

I love my d750 - it's probably the only camera I own that I don't have to think or worry about using as it just gets the results all the time ... that said I too am looking to upgrade and find myself in a similar position although I think I'll stick with Nikon ... I just keep thinking, like you, that for the price it will be ( plus new bloody lenses ) I'd rather do something else ... the only problem is my d750 is really starting to show it's age especially with hooking up lenses ...

I hear you. The lenses are super-expensive, even the cheaper Tamron variety. I tried selling my D750, but the most I can get for it in the US is $400, tops; and mine is in pretty good shape. So it’s not worth selling and it’s not worth buying a new one. Looks like I’m stuck with it. 🤓 A small price to pay, as the saying goes.

" Darkness falls across the land. The Witching Hour is Close at Hand " - Great, now I owe the estates of Michael Jackson AND Vincent Price if they find out that I used part of V.P.'s monologue from THRILLER. Very appropriate for this season, at least in the States.

Still a favorite holiday of kids. Even when they turn 18, have their 1st beer, their 1st hangover, & / or lose their virginity on 31 October, sometimes all 4. IN A CEMETERY.
