Thank you - it's something that happens I find - I look forwards to an evening on my own where being somewhere unfamiliar and new should spark my creativity only to find the place characterless and dull ...
Beware the suspicious wraith - like discolored spot either in the center or near the bed, a bit like a 2nd less - desirable ghostly guest...... that's been MY experience.
Well done… a theme about business travel that resonated with me, although I am retired now. Great quality photos. I liked the “phone that never rings” observation. You could probably add the bible never read, the tv never watched, the bath cap never worn 🤣
Inspiration let down by insipid decoration- love that!

For sleeping only! Get out there, Richard!
Inspiring series!
Thank you Jennifer
Great series
Thank you!
I was just going to comment higher is better, but after reading the comments there are many other things to be concerned about.
Lol ...
Love photographing hotel rooms. These are great!
Aren't they just ... something about them which kind of makes you change a little I feel
Bring a black light, to check for bed bugs, cuz they hide, way out of sight…
They don’t care, rich or poor, cuz they’ll bite…
So never forget, before you say your prayers, and lay your head down to sleep…
To use your black light, to find those little critters, before they crawl and creep…
I have a story about just this - but it's too horrible ... ( thankfully it didn't happen to me )
Gorgeous richard
Thank you Wesley I appreciate it.

I'm reminded of a story by the late Harlan Ellison, namely " SHATTERDAY ".
