As I'm looking at these images I'm imagining what happened to each fisherman, what did they want from live, how did life treat them. Great work Richard : )

Thank you Donn - I did a series on rocks but they kind of just got a little lost - so the plain white seemed to let me focus on just the gloves themselves

Great series! I just picked up a few of those while cleaning the beach in Denmark. Didn't think of scanning / photographing them, but always wonder how they end up at the beach...

Thank you Susanne - I always had some romantic idea they were lost at sea - but to be honest they're probably just dropped off the dock in Newly - a fishing village near where I live.
