SOMEBODY sooner or later will try their skills at amateur locksmithing & try to open that safe. Or haul it away trying to keep attention at a minimum. Nice work.
I've done photography in a local cemetery. It looks quite European.
You know it was one of the photos taken years back and now looking back at it, it should have rung all sorts of alarm bells ( quite literally ) what the hell was a safe doing on the street, it's not like you'd just throw one away because you didn't need it anymore lol!
As others commented, that closed safe... handle and dial seem to be intact. Surely has a story to tell. Perhaps robbers removed the back with acetylene cutters.
Thank you Paul - It's funny when you look back at old photos like this ... and I think it marks the difference between digital and film - I took one shot of this - with digital I would have probably taken a few!
These are wonderful. I love the band announcements and the safe. Where did you take these? Thank you for sharing.
Thank you Ben - all in Kilburn, North West London when I used to live there.

What if it belonged to HOFFA or Capone & found its way to the UK ? That would be a story regardless of the contents !
Brilliant.
