Thank you! Funnily enough I had that in my head too and almost called it 'Mellow Yellow' - but then I kept on with the French theme ...

Jaune moelleux would have worked fine too. Oui Oui…😂😂😂

Wonderful yellow. I love the golden Gingko leaves on their branches. We have a few Gingkos in my town and I collect a leaf or two from each every year.

Thanks Paul. I have a special thing about ginkgos - I have a little side project this year documenting one where I live.

When I was in what is now called Middle School here, I collected leaves as part of science project and I was the only student who got an example from the only Gingko tree in this town. That was many years ago and I still go out every year to collect a few leaves. There are now 10 Gingkos that I know of here, most are young growth, maybe 20 years old. The original one I “discovered” is probably 60-70 years old.

I like it! A very eclectic collection that works really well together.

Thanks Donn - it's kind of nice when images are linked by something other than the content!

Τhe whole in #10… is that the school site? There’s a cafe in the back streets of Marylebone and it had these bright yellow cups. Like the colour on those doors. Beautiful images.

Thank you! Yep, it's inside Haggerston School in Hackney - I visited it on an Open House weekend - it was designed by Erno Goldfinger of Trellick Tower fame ...

It’s an awful building on the outside. Cheeky getting a picture lol. Never heard of the designer. He gets low mark from me. Great picture though!
