I have not seen many signs of this nature in my town but have found that those who walk their dogs generally (not always) carry small bags with them to clean up the doo. Also, many people have taken to leaving supplies of these bags on their property within easy reach of passersby who have forgotten theirs.
As a dog owner I can attest to the fact that every item of clothing I own with a pocket has at least three bags in ... you never want to be caught out!
A buddy of mine just turned fifty and received today a colon cancer "smear" test. He is currently "processing" it. He said, "I'll take a sample from the dog shall I?" Said I, "Maybe they'll diagnose you with rabies as well."
Meanwhile, yet again, our great minds have been thinking alike, Ricardo (this piece is in a similarly light-hearted vein, and involves the washing of hands and the other "matter" as well!): https://endlesschain.substack.com/p/now-wash-your-hands
