downpour.

Bus stop
refuge, roof
hammering
wetness. 
Feet up and
rested.

A box,
without phone,
no-ones rain
shelter but 
your own.

Lie down
here. Let
rain paint
all but your
shadow.

Rain at last.
The city’s
musty odour.
Warm, calm
relapse.
